السمنة ليست فقط مرض..بل مرض سخيف
انه من العبث والمضيعة للوقت ان نتساءل هل السمنة مرض ام لا؟؟… عشرات السنين مضت قتل فيها هذا الموضوع بحثا ونوقش في مئات الدراسات والابحاث والمؤتمرات العلمية..من البديهي ان نفهم ان اجهزتنا الحيوية خلقت لتخدم وزن معين وطالما هذا الوزن يقع في النطاق الصحي فإن هذه الاجهزة تعمل بكفائة تامة ولكن اي وزن زائد فوق النطاق الطبيعي فإنه يشكل عبئا علي هذه الاجهزة ويجعلها تستهلك بل وتنهك قبل الموعد.
تصنف السمنة الان على انها واحده من أهم ألامراض المزمنة في العصر الحديث وكلما زادت كمية الوزن الزائد تتزايد باضطراد فرص الاصابة بأمراض كثيرة وخطرة مثل الضغط والسكر وقصور في الامداد الدموي للقلب والسكتة الدماغية والعديد من أمراض الجهاز التنفسي وأمراض المفاصل وارتجاع المرىء وزياده مستوى الدهون والكولستيرول بالدم مع اضطرابات هرمونية تؤدي لانخفاض معدل الخصوبة……الي اخر قائمة طويلة من الامراض المزمنة والتي يمكن تجنبها بسهولة اذا ما حافظنا علي الوزن في النطاق الطبيعي حتي وصلنا الي زمن الكورونا ورأينا بأم اعيننا ان المرض ومضاعفاته اكثر انتشارا فيمن عندهم وزن زائد بل وفعالية اللقاح تكون اقل بكثير مع زيادة الوزن. ومن الصادم لغير المتخصصين احدث دراسة نشرت في 2021 في مجلة لانسيت- واحدة من اشهر المراجع الطبية- ان متوسط الاعمار في المرضي بعد اجراء عمليات السمنة يزيد بمقدار 5-9 سنوات بالمقارنة باقرانهم اللذين يعانون من السمنة المفرطة ولم يتخلصوا من الوزن الزائد.بعد سنين طوال والاف المرضي .. عشت معهم قصص نجاحاتهم وانجازاتهم بل واحباطاتهم في بعض الاحيان.. ازعم اني رأيت الكثير والكثير جدا.. فقط احسست انه وجب علي في هذه اللحظة مشاركتكم اياه.. وألخص لكم عصارة خبرتي قدر استطاعتي.فلنبدأ

تخرج من كلية الطب جامعة الازهر بالقاهرة عام ٢٠٠١ بدرجة امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف .. ثم حصل علي ماچستير الجراحة العامة من نفس الجامعة عام ٢٠٠٥ بتقدير جيد جدا.ثم حصل علي زمالة كلية الجراحين الملكية البريطانية بلندن عام ٢٠٠٩
